KFC YUM CENTER
Our company effectively executed a substantial foundation project in a densely populated urban area by emphasizing operational efficiency. We undertook comprehensive planning to minimize disruptions and employed advanced equipment to ensure timely and effective execution. Furthermore, we implemented stringent safety protocols to safeguard the surrounding community. Our commitment to quality and precision ensured the project was completed on schedule and met the highest standards.

HURRICANE BAY @KENTUCKY KINGDOM
We provided assistance on a project encompassing 30,000 square feet, featuring a substantial wave pool and lazy river lagoon designed to accommodate over 500,000 gallons. These impressive water park attractions are located at Kentucky Kingdom and Hurricane Bay.

AVOCA RIDGE APARTMENTS
Phase II is under construction and will feature 168 new apartments with three new floorplan's beginning in November 2022. Amenities include; a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center and cyber cafe, and pet park. Additional amenities are slated to be installed with Phase II.

GARDEN ESTATES
Garden Estates is a newly established community in Lexington, KY, offering 90 garden-style apartments. This development features 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom residences designed with open floor plans, and includes amenities as a fitness center, dog park, and splash park. Additionally, residents have the option to lease a garage for their convenience

VICTORY KNOLL APARTMENTS
The Outer East End of Louisville comprises three upper-middle-class neighborhoods—Middletown, Woodland Hills, and Douglass—and the upscale Anchorage. These areas mix newer homes with historic architecture, with Anchorage offering the most luxurious properties. Residents scenic views and easy access to U.S. 60 and interstates 64 and 265 for a convenient 18-mile commute to downtown.

WARREN APARTMENTS
The Warren is a distinguished community situated in Jeffersonville, IN, conveniently located near Louisville. This vibrant neighborhood is centrally positioned in Jeffersonville, providing easy access to upscale dining establishments and boutique local retailers.

NEW DIXIE CORRIDOR
Durable and energy efficient materials and systems have been incorporated throughout, including brick and metal exterior cladding, a standing seam metal roof, thermally resistant insulated concrete forms (ICF), and energy efficient windows. A mechanical platform nestled under the sloping metal roof accommodates service of building systems without disturbance of school activities.

THE WEST AT OLD HENRY
The three-story Class A office building will encompass approximately 73,000 square feet and will be situated close to several other commercial establishments, such as the Mercedes-Benz dealership, the headquarters of AR Financial Group, and Kevin Cogan’s luxury apartment complex, The Ivy. WorK Architecture + Design handled the architectural design for The West. Mitchell Kersting, a partner and architect at WorK, noted that the project's budget is around $12 million, with completion anticipated by January 2023.
